Activities
A variety of marine activities can be experienced such as snorkeling, diving, or simply swimming and sunbathing. The invitingly warm water is bounded by safe and gently sloping sandy beaches. Surfers can be seen in the bay while the river and canals invite you to try out excellent water skiing activities. Golfers will fall in love with the facilities of the 18-hole golf course just next to our doorstep. The links is only a 4 minute drive away. Two excellent tennis courts in the village are a magnet for the racquet lover. Walk along the many trails in the area and see the spectacular surroundings of the Kromme River.
Accommodation
Holiday House Sabine offers charming and very neat accommodation. Our renovated holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests. An additional cottage sleeps 4. We are just 200 meters to the safe main beach and 300 meters to all shopping facilities in the village. The canals are a 10 minute walk away. Our lovely house consists of a main bedroom and inter-leading twin room, a full bathroom and an open plan lounge/dining room with DSTV connection (pls. bring decoder). A wooden deck leads to an additional rondavel bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A mezzanine lounge area can also be made to sleep up to 2 guests. A recently added unit consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, terrace and braai.
Both the house and the cottage are a peaceful haven for surfers, golf players and hikers alike.

“Best beach cottage in St Francis!”

We had a lovely stay over the SA Canoe Marathon Champs in Oct. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious. It`s an easy walk to the town centre, yet the house is tucked away in a well groomed garden. Thank you for a lovely stay!
